Owner and Hair Designer
- Diane has 30 years of experience as a hair designer.
- Her hometown is Louisville, KY, and she has resided in Arizona for seven years.
- Attended Virginia Beach Beauty College
- Diane is trained in and uses Goldwell color products.
- During her career, she has received extensive educational training in Louisville, New York, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Chicago and Phoenix.
Deb Goyette
Owner and Hair Designer
- Deb attended the Vermont College of Cosmetology and graduated in 1986.
- Prior to relocating to Arizona, Deb owned and operated a salon in Vermont.
- She served on the Vermont board as a rater and tester for new candidates seeking licensee.
- Deb is a second-generation hair care professional and is proficient with Redken and Matrix color lines as well as Redken men's color.
- Deb enjoys creating classic looks with soft, natural-looking colors, styles and textures.
April Palma
Hair Designer
- April has 14 years of experience as a hair designer.
- She attended Southwest School of cosmetology in San Antonio.
- April has worked in Texas and New Mexico, and we are proud to have her as a member of the Hot Locks team.
- April enjoys working with natural, curly hair and is a Redken color specialist who also excels in all areas of hair care.
Magdalena Gosset
Hair Designer
- Attended Paris Beauty College, Concord, California.
- Graduated with high honors with a 98% score on cosmetology exam.
- Has received advanced training in New York Arizona and California.
- Attended Redken 5th Avenue professional workshop.
- Attended Chris Baran’s Fuel for Design workshop.
- She has 20 years of experience in upscale salons in both California and Arizona.
- Magdalena , has always been a top performer and strives to connect with clients in order to better understand their needs. Her goal is to provide excellent service and allow her clients to discover their own creativity and expand their comfort zone.
Lindsay Gross
Hair Designer
- Lindsay is a stylist with several years of experience.
- She is originally from South Dakota and attended Stewarts School of Cosmetology, in Souix Falls.
- She is a Matrix and Redken color professional and offers cuts, perms, color and weaves,as well as facial waxing.
- She is very passionate about her work and her top priority is Customer satisfaction.
Kelly Koury
Hair Designer
- Kelly is from New Jersey, where she received her cosmetology license.
- She attended and completed the Classic Cutting Class at the Sebastian Studio in Manhattan, NYC @ Rockefeller Plaza.
- She is certified in Fusion and Compression Human Hair extensions.
- Trained in Brazilian and Coppola Keratin Straightener's.
- Participated in advanced training from the artistic director of Jeffrey Stein Salons in New York City.
- Kelly has the skills to pay the bills and she enjoys eating ice cream.
Monica Reynoso

Monica is a native of Arizona. She graduated from Artistic Beauty College in 2003. Monica loves working with color and all types of cuts, including the latest styles. She has experience with Up-Dos for special occasions, such as proms and wedding parties. Monica also is experienced in cutting and coloring ethnic hair. Monica's clients are always impress with the attention paid to detail when working with them, to insure they get the right look.

Lindsay is from Northwest Indiana, she graduated from Creative Hair Style Academy Inc. where she received the Midwest Bridal Competition award.

She is a second generation hair care professional and is experienced with Paul Mitchell and Redken color lines and products.
